Both Nokia Lumia 900 and Nokia Lumia 800 use Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS with 1.4GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU and 512MB RAM. Both also have 16GB internal memory without external memory slot.

Nokia Lumia 900 comes with larger touch screen than Lumia 800 (4.3 inches vs. 3.7 inches). Both use AMOLED display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, Nokia ClearBlack technology and is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass.

Nokia Lumia 900 and Lumia 800 are equipped with 8 MP camera that use Carl Zeiss optics and has ability to record 720p HD video. Nokia Lumia 900 also comes with 1 MP front camera, while Lumia 800 is not equipped with front camera.

Both Nokia Lumia 900 and Nokia Lumia 800 are equipped with connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, and microUSB port.

For power capacity, Nokia Lumia 900 is equipped with 1830mAh battery capacity, while Lumia 800 is equipped with 1450mAh battery capacity.

Nokia Lumia 900 offers larger screen, front camera, faster internet and performance. And for the price, Nokia Lumia 900 is more expensive than Lumia 800.
