Both HTC Desire C and HTC One V use Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with latest HTC Sense v4.0 interface. But for performance, HTC One V is much better because it is powered by 1GHz processor and Adreno 205 GPU, while HTC Desire C is powered by 600MHz processor and Adreno 200 GPU. Both are also equipped with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal memory plus microSD slot up to 32GB.
HTC One V has bigger screen measuring 3.7 inches with 480 x 800 pixels resolution (252 ppi), while HTC Desire C has 3.5-inch touch screen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution (165 ppi).
Both HTC Desire C and HTC One V are equipped with powerful 5 MP camera, but HTC One V camera is better because it has more features (Simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, face and smile detection) and has the ability to record HD video. Unfortunately they are not equipped with front camera.
Both smartphones are equipped with some connectivity features like 3G network, HSDPA, HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n with Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and microUSB port. And for power capacity, HTC Desire C comes with 1230 mAh battery capacity, whereas HTC One V is equipped with 1500mAh battery capacity.
HTC One V out as a winner because it offers larger screen, faster performance, better camera, and larger battery capacity.
