Both LG Optimus L3 and Motorola Fire XT use Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Both are also powered by 800MHz processor. Motorola Fire XT performance seems better because it comes with Adreno 200 GPU and 512MB RAM, while LG Optimus L3 comes with 384MB RAM. But for internal memory capacity, LG Optimus L3 has larger capacity that is 1GB while Motorola Fire XT only has 512MB internal memory. Both are equipped with microSD slot up to 32GB.
